Refund policy

SEGMobile.com offers a lifetime warranty on our products (Please see the Exceptions below for items not applied). You can find the specific warranty in each product's description. We care about all your concerns. When you have any defective items, we are glad to take them back and offer a store credit for them.

Exceptions:
  • All the batteries are covered with a one-year warranty.
  • No warranty for all Samsung screens once they have been installed.
  • All the tools that we sell are with a 30-day warranty.

Our warranty covers all the items we sell on SEGMobille.com. Here is the list of the warranty we offer for our products.

Lifetime Warranty Plus
For all the MP+ screens and iPad digitizers, we offer a special lifetime warranty to cover all the LCD/OLED breakage and flex cable damage. 100% covered for the returns. As our customer, you don't need to worry about anything about the returns.

Lifetime Warranty
All the parts that we sell are covered with SEGMobile.com's lifetime warranty. With the lifetime warranty, we are glad to see you are happy to buy products from us. Any returned parts without physical or internal damage will be issued with our store credit.

One-year Warranty
All our batteries are covered with a one-year warranty. As long as there is no physical damage to the battery, SEGMobile.com will cover any defects that may occur with the battery purchased within a year.

30-day Warranty
All the repair tools are under a 30-day warranty. The defective item will be covered within 30 days of purchase when it's unused.

How do we process the returns?

Apply for A Return

Please contact us for the RMA No. and a return label.

Shipping Back

Please pack the defective items with good protection and send them back to us.

RMA Report

Our RMA team will check the returns and we will send you a testing report.

Get Your Credit

For each item returned, you will get a store credit based on our warranty.
Notes:
  • SEGMobile.com can provide 1 free return label for every $1,000.00 spent in the prior month.
  • We only provide labels for defective items. If you are returning an item for the reason that it is no longer needed, we won't offer you a free label. We do not charge a restocking fee. However, it must be returned within 30 days of purchase if this item is not needed.
  • The store credit will be issued at the current sale price. If we discontinued that item, we would credit it with the latest purchase price.
