When and where will my order be shipped?
We have our own warehouse in California. Every order will be shipped domestically from California. And orders placed before 3:00 p.m PST will be shipped the same day via Ground. If you choose Express shipping, the cut-off time will be 2:00 p.m PST on weekdays and 12:00 p.m PST on Saturday. Please visit our Shipping Policy.
Can my order be canceled?
Our warehouse will process your orders super fast. It cannot be canceled once the order confirmed. We are sorry about the inconvenience it may bring. Please double-check your order before you submit it.
What’s the warranty?
Every product you buy from us is protected by our warranty policy. You can find the warranty listed on the product’s details. Please see the Return Policy page for the warranty you get.
How do I return when there’re defective items?
When you have defective items. Please feel free to contact us for a shipping label to send them back, then we will process your returns when received. You will get store credit for your returns based on our Return Policy.
